Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together almond milk, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Add chia seeds and stir well to combine.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving and top with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
- For a thicker pudding, add more chia seeds.
- Use unsweetened cocoa powder for a less sweet version.
