Ingredients

- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup cashew butter
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in a double boiler.
- Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into each liner.
- Freeze for 10 minutes to set.
- Mix cashew butter, vanilla, and salt in a bowl.
- Spread a layer of cashew butter over the set chocolate.
- Top with remaining melted chocolate.
- Freeze for 20 minutes until firm.
- Serve chilled.

- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
- Use smooth cashew butter for best texture.
