A rich and moist chocolate bundt cake topped with a smooth chocolate ganache.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup boiling water
- For the ganache: 1 cup heavy cream, 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a bundt pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Stir in boiling water. Batter will be thin.
- Pour into the pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
- For ganache: Heat cream until simmering. Pour over chocolate chips. Let sit for 2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.
- Drizzle ganache over cooled cake.
