Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Whisk eggs and vanilla in another bowl. Add to dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Shape dough into a log on the baking sheet. Bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool for 10 minutes, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
- Bake slices for another 10 minutes per side until crisp.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
- For extra crunch, bake sliced biscotti longer.
