Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, eggs, and melted butter. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar evenly.
- Roll the dough tightly and twist into a swirl.
- Place in a loaf pan and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes.
- Cool before slicing.
