- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt in a bowl.
- Add warm milk, eggs, and melted butter. Knead into a dough.
- Let the dough rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.
- Roll the dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread melted chocolate, cocoa, brown sugar, and cinnamon over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut it in half lengthwise.
- Twist the two halves together and place in a greased loaf pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool before slicing.
