Ingredients

- 100ml vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp orange zest
- 60ml fresh orange juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Grease a cake pan and dust with flour.
- Mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt).
- Whisk eggs, milk, oil, orange zest, and orange juice.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients gently.
- Pour batter into the pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick for doneness.
- Cool before serving.
